unfortunatly i have one of these pieces of junk too.
check out www.v4me.com (if the site is running today)
i have loaded win 98 and got all the drivers to work except the vga drivers
ive got 2 disks but niether of them is the official "setup disk"
these computers are junk
my recomendation is remove all the good components i.e. harddrive, powersupply,memory etc. and throw the rest away

i wish i could help but i need the official setup disk my self
