All you need to do from what information you have gave me is add more memory into your computer because when you play a movie your computer uses all of your memory to do just that but it also needs to all the "background" tasks as well which then leaves you with not enough memory. Memory is very cheap at the moment and depending on what type of memory you have for 128mb of extra memory is about £15.
