Thanks so much for taking the time to share your memories. I do hope you saw my two postcards of the model train as well as two additional images of the train in the 1950s brochure and pressbook.

It's tragic to think that so much of that layout ended up in the dumpster, as did the bulk of the old museum when it was renovated to become the California Science Center.

Thank goodness we have our memories... and a few scattered photographs. Someday, I hope to uncover a home movie of the train in action. There has to be one out there somewhere!
