TERRIOST IN AMERICA
TO THE SUISUN CITY POLICE
This is an accurate report of what happen on 9-21-2002. I am the victim of the true assault that happened at that address that day also my daughter Shonna was assaulted by Misty Murphy. All because she wanted us to run down the streets naked and play her her music loud. I asked Misty to turn the music down she was listening to because I had to record one of my songs to the Internet.
Since Misty refused to turn the music down I told her I was going to take the boom box it was purchased by me. That didn't work then I told Misty I wanted my boom box. Misty came out of the bathroom swinging. I ducked, however she then pushed me to the ground and started pulling my hair out. Also threatens me ,she said she was going to pull every last braid out of my hair. I don't have a problem with Misty playing her music it's just if I am recording a song to the web the house must be silent. This is my home I am head of household here and I think as an American Citizen. I have the right to tell her to turn the music down. Shonna my 11 year old daughter had the phone first and Misty grabbed Shonna and threw the phone and told us both to get out her house whores. She keep repeating run naked whores run naked let them she what you are. Shonna only had on her panties and bra as Misty pushed her out the door in defense on my child I grabbed Misty ,because she was doing child battery on my baby who was so scared she didn't fight back. I was jumped on and pushed around in my own home that day because I wanted the music turned down and wouldn't run down the streets naked. Then when the police got to my home. Officer Laughter asked what was the problem, I said first of all I wanted Misty to turn down the music as he looked at Misty in her rage he did say, "well the music is to loud." I told them exactly what is written above. The problem with the officers was they under the influence of officer Hill . He had told them I was told to evict Misty. However, what the officers didn't bother to ask was is this her normal behavior. So they assumed I hated my daughter and wanted her put out. Yes, because they assumed I hated my daughter, officer Hill was there no matter what happen to tell me to evict her. Also when I got to the police station in custody he was telling this story to other officers. Then the rest over looked the crime done to me and my daughter and booked me. He wanted me to throw Misty out of my house when each time I called 911 on 9-21-2002 because Misty was committing a crime. Misty is sick she is not a criminal Misty has a mental problem with hearing voices. I was working with the court system of Vallejo to get her treatment. When Misty started to refuse going to the doctor as the court ordered and her court appearance.. In the meanwhile I had been assured by officer Hill that if Misty committed a crime that she would be arrested. However, Misty assaulted my 11 year old daughter that day slapping her and trying to push her out the front door so she could run down the streets naked. This is what I told the officers and they failed to put it in the report and they sent Misty right back to my house. I call that child endangerment, Mr Laughter told me he talk with my little girl and she said the same story I told him. So in order to keep the peace I arrested my daughter so my minor would be out of danger. Then Misty lied to the police and said I did 242 on her. The only reason I touched her was to keep her off of me and Shonna and that is called "self defense". The whole point is if the police would have kept their word about when she commits a crime call us and we will arrest her. I would never had to do their job. But these are my children and what ever it takes to kept them safe that I well do. And me evicting Misty in her state of mind is not safe for her or others. They took me to jail under false arrest which was provoked by the police officers --Misty can't make is mentally ill. I just did their job in that situation that's all. Yes jail was the only solution to Misty behavior problem, until her warrant posted( failure to appear) for mental treatment & court. Then we had one night of peace Saturday night. Yet the next day Misty was banging at the door. Why because the judge said the officers did a bad job on the police report I told them what happen and they ignored me and my plea for help for both of my daughters 1) Misty would had been in jail and her Lawyer could have help her get to the doctor's appointments . 2) Misty would not hurt me are her little sister when she had an rage attack or any one else in society. They did not include the fact that Misty was abusing her 11 year old sister telling her to run down the streets naked. Well officer Hill you never bother to ask me if Misty is on medication or even drugs, However both officers Hill and Laughter knew Misty stole my car and wrecked it in a high speed chase with the Vallejo Police department. Officer Hill was trying to make me put my "mentally ill" daughter on the streets with no where to go. That I refused to do and basically that's why I got the treatment they gave me. Officer Laughter would not arrest Misty because in their thinking she was not suppose to be there. I believe a crime was committed against me and my daughters by the SUISUN CITY POLICE AND I WANT THOSE CRIMANALS FIRED 1) they refuse to protect Shonna 11 YEARS OLD 2) They were trying to force me to put my mentally ill daughter on the streets WHICH WOULD MAKE HER A TREAT TO HERSELF AND SOCIETY. 3) All and all they put my me and my children AND MY CRIPPLED MOTHER at risk. Yet, they all assumed that we were just "uncivilized". That's discrimination folks!!! I'm just quoting OFFICER Hill. Then after they did nothing to protect the innocence of my 11 year old OR ME. I thought BUT WHY? THAT'S WHAT THEY GET THAT BIG OLD PAYCHECK TO DO. The police was called out to my home to do to for my protection not to arrest me. So, I was discriminate against because I am black if this situation happened in a white home the person who did the assaulting would have to go jail? Other children in America have the rights for the police to protect them. Yet, as the officers turn to leave my child in this endangerment, I said I wanted to make a arrest –only because I was force to by these officers who refused to protect my 11 year old daughter ENOUGH IS A ENOUGH!!! So, I stand before the judge with one question. What happen to my right to receive protection from the police of SUISUN CITY, CA? PASTORRAP IS ASKING ALL VICTIMS OF THIS TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION PLEASE SHARE YOUR STORY!! Also I am getting the police report and fellows. Which I already saw it does not include my small daughters assault. Why else would the judge say it was a bad report!!! that means EVIDENCE WAS WITHHELD or do I have to sue the judge too For child endangerment. So this letter goes to the CHIEF OF POLICE, MY LAWYER– AND FOLKS EXPECT A LAW SUIT—FOR FORCING ME TO ARREST MY OWN DAUGHTER, THEN MAKING A BAD POLICE REPORT, WHICH BROUGHT CHILD ENDANGERMENT BACK TO MY HOME PUTTING ME AND MY 11 YEAR OLD AT RISK, AND MOST OF ALL MISTY IS SICK, I DON'T BLAME HER FOR MY ARREST or WRECKING MY INFINITY I-30, NEVER DID!! I BLAME THE POLICE FOR MY ARREST, YOU ARRESTED ME SHE WAS MENTALLY SICK UNDER YOUR INFLUENCE, THAT IS "FALSE ARREST"BOYS. SHE IS NOT EVEN COMPETENT TO STAND TRAIL SO SAY HER LAWYER—KATY STREAM IN VALLEJO!! IF YOUR NEED HER NUMBER ASK ME FOR IT AND I WILL GIVE IT TO U. U TOLD ME ME LAUGHTER THAT U WEREN'T HERE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHO DID WHAT. EVEN WITH MISTY IN A RAGE BEFORE U. THEN U ASK ARE U YOU TWO GOING TO BE CIVILIZED. U SAID "U COULD NOT BELIEVE ME OR MISTY—YET U BELIEVED OFFICER HILL WHEN HE SAID THAT THE PROBLEM WAS I WOULDN'T EVICT MY DAUGHTER. IN OTHER WORDS I DESERVED TO BE BEATEN FOR BEING IGNORANT. HOWEVER WHAT ALL THIS AMOUNT TO IS THE SUISUN POLICE IS IGNORANT!!!
BECAUSE THEY NEVER ASKED WHY MY DAUGHTER DID THIS THINGS–
THEY JUST THOUGHT AS RACIST THINK. THESE PEOPLE ARE "UNCIVILIZED". YOU SAID IT ME HILL, YOU SAID IT ME LAUGHTER. THEN AFTER MY FALSE ARREST. THEY PUT THE HAND CUFFS ON TO TIGHT. AND I SPOKE MY MIND AND THE WOMAN OFFICER CUT OFF MY AIR SUPPLY AS I WAS TRAPPED IN THE HEAT OF THE HOT DAY IN THE BACK SIT OF THE POLICE CAR. THEN WHEN THEY SAW THE CONDITION OF MY MOTHER THEY DECIDED NOT TO PUT MY DAUGHTER IN A FOSTER HOME BUT TO WAIT FOR MY MOM'S CARE GIVER TO COME. THESE EVENTS HAPPEN TO ME BECAUSE I WOULD PUT MY MENTALLY ILL DAUGHTER IN THE STREETS.
THE JOB OF A OFFICER IS:
TO PROTECT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS
PROTECT CHILDREN
PROTECT MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE
FROM HURTING THEM SELF OR ANY ONE ELSE
PROTECT LIFE PERIOD!!!!!
PROTECT THE ELDERLY
NOT COME OUT AND ASSUME THIS OR THAT
NOT ARREST PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T DID ANYTHING WRONG
TRYING TO TAKE THEIR YOUNG CHILDREN TO FOSTER HOMES
NOT DRAGGING PEOPLE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CRIPPLED SENIOR CITIZEN AWAY FROM THEIR HOME–THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CALL SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOM AS I LEFT. SHE IS BLIND, AND CRIPPLED IN NEED OF HELP UNTIL HER CARE GIVER COMES, EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. FOR THE LAST 17 YEARS. THAT'S HOW LONG I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF MY MOTHER.
SO SINCE THE OFFICERS DID ONE OF THE ABOVE "PROTECT THE ELDERLY" MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT TAKEN AND PUT IN A FOSTER HOME. AND SHE IS SAFE WITH ME AND BACK IN SCHOOL A BIT SHAKEN FROM LAST WEEKENDS ORDEAL.
MY SICK DAUGHTER WARRANT IS GOING TO POST —SHE WILL BE SAFE TOO. I HAVE NO ONE TO THANK BUT JESUS CHRIST & MR JASON K. SPEAKMAN WHO TRULY IS AN OFFICER WITHOUT THE RACISM. HE CALLED TO MAKE SURE HER WARRANT THAT WAS ISSUED ON THE 9-16-2002 POSTED. ALSO HE SAID IF I COULDN'T GET SUISUN POLICE TO DO THEIR JOB. HE WOULD DRIVE OVER AND PICK MY DAUGHTER UP SO SHE CAN GET SOME HELP OUTSIDE OF JUST GOING TO JAIL. YOU SEE I AM A PASTOR AND WHAT I FIND IN THE BIG PICTURE OF THIS SITUATION IS , MY DAUGHTER DON'T WANT JESUS SO SHE REMAINS ILL AND THE OFFICERS WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE DOES NOT HAS JESUS CHRIST HE WHO HATH THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD. OTHER WISE THEY WOULD NOT BE RACIST. JESUS CHRIST KNOWS I AM DEALING WITH MY SICK DAUGHTER AND SOME SICK POLICEMAN
I GOT NO HELP FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. PLUS YOU MADE ME PAY TO GET OUT OF JAIL –NOW IT IS YOUR TURN TO PAY FOR PUTTING ME THERE. THIS WAS ALL YOUR FAULT. OFFICERS AND THAT WILL BE PROVEN IN A COURT OF LAW
BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO ARREST A PERSON ON A 242. WHY? BECAUSE YOU OFFICER HILL WANTED ME TO PUT MY DAUGHTER AND SOCIETY AT RISK. AND I STILL REFUSE TO DO THIS!!!!! ARE U GOING TO ARREST ME OFFICER HILL? I SAY THE CLEAN THE TERRIOST WHO HIDE BEHIND THE UNIFORM UP MR BUSH THEN GO FIND BIN LADDEN AND SADDAIM!!! SWEEP AROUND YOUR OWN DOOR STEP BEFORE U GO TO SWEEP AROUND OTHERS!!!
