當然, 因昇悅居貴, 所以有80%以上是應該的.

因此, 要比, 可能要跟同一level的泓景來比.

好似泓景在減去窗台後, 仍然有75%.
(港灣 75% 實用率, 其實如減去窗台, 是會更低的.)

====> 因此, 我便有一個問題, 價錢平, 自然實用率低一D ??
