１．網頁寄存：將會轉為付款的寄存商，以解現時經常上不到及速度慢的問題，並有足夠空間擺相簿及討論區。希望能在一周後解決。

２．相簿：待網寄存解決，會用專用program。

３．討論區：現時的舊討論區未盡完善，將會轉用新討論區，但要待奇存問題解決後才能正式使用。

４．網頁內容：多得多位朋友幫手，將會大大加快網頁部份專題的完成速度。

５．經大家討論，發覺港灣整體設計有部份地方有疑點，而會後各人到售樓處比較模型後，發覺問題確實存在，短期內將會把有關內容貼上。
