 其實最多需求/受歡迎的單位是否已反映於成交紀錄﹖
e.g. http://edcyf.uhome.net/stock/stock.html 或美聯的成交紀錄

個人認為既然大家已是業主，就應該相信自己所選擇的單位是最適合"自己"的。各人的需求同budget都唔同，如果選舉的結果會令某些業主不高興，那就不好了！

不如統計一下業主鐘意邊類型o既電視機(e.g.LCD, PLASMA, 普通電視機)或地板/地磚…等等，或者可以方便日後一齊訂家電 :)
