雖然港灣豪庭在好些人眼中比不上奥运站的信和屋苑和興建中的近海屋苑, 其實我必須在此為港灣平反, 由於我從事建築, 故用料上可斷定港灣是實而不華, 而其他盤只是比較表面, 三五年就可看到問题.
