我都打算出不同類型的plan比不同需要的業主, 因為其實新樓我都不主張用太多$去裝修, 因為later先做一次大裝修, 除了可保持新鮮感, 亦可把原有不好的設備換掉,(因為住左幾年就知道有咩問題出現), 所以我覺得新屋應該玩下design同埋買傢俬先, 遲d先造傢俬, 耐用多d. 咁我地就會因應大家不同的口味去出design(當然諗d又平又靚啦), 而我地主張house客才做傢俬因為佢地不會再有太大的改動(因為無次裝修都十分需時同裝修費並不便宜)

大家再有咩意見不妨說出來喔
