1.回佣是一種灰色地帶事物，代理原則上唔可以比真金白銀，而係以代用券購物券等形式進行，但係佢賴債唔比，唔通你去告佢？你自己都分分鐘鐘一身蟻。

2.事實上好多代理又真係夠膽比現金佣，經主區甚至比一般代理回到更多，亦有代理可以免費碌咭，我都識得呢ｄ代理，甚至佢教埋你點樣督手指賭白頭片輸打贏要，呢ｄ野我都唔敢做，我懷疑實際上有無人咁做。

3.據講恆基在港灣的條款是很辣的，代理甚至要扣佣給恆基的置業大使，所以代理均跑了去做港灣。

4.唔好諗住經置業大使會平ｄ，唔經代理只係個置業大使分多ｄ，買家沒有著數。

P.S.我都係第一批買家，經代理買而無任何形式的回佣，甚至連渣ｘ應承我果＄２００百佳禮券都追唔返，之後同一間代理可以同我講買珀麗灣可以回兩個佣。唔好為呢ｄ野勞氣，呢個行頭ｄ人係咁樣。
