窗台的出現，是地政條例的一個漏洞，任何物業發展的地皮均規定地積比例，例如塊地十萬呎，五倍地積比例就是可建５０萬呎樓面，但是窗台、環保露台、工作台等均不計算入地積比例的，所以可建面可高達５５萬呎。

無論實唔實用都好，既然市場係咁就要接受，唯有用作擺放雜物，種花等等。
