 現時網站的基本架構及內容已成形，當然無理由長期放在yahoo咁寒酸，話晒港灣都係一個三千幾戶的大型屋村。而且內容要不斷更新，否則睇黎睇果幾味，漸漸會變成廢站。

長遠計，恆基屬下某些公司的往績實在令人產生戒心，公契寫明入伙後九個月才召開第一次業主大會，才開始商討成立業主委員會的事宜，立案法團連提都唔提，如港灣業主不能團結一致，日後將難以監管管理公司。

因此，我動議在八月下旬召開一次「港灣網站會議」，相談網站的規劃及人力物力分配，希望最少能召集五位或以上的朋友，分工合作，共成大事，各位意下如何？
