 估唔到市場剛剛適應了珀麗灣以低價補足其交通上的不方便，今日又個成事不足敗事有餘的ｘ樓神以元朗價賣ｘ景台。今日下午收到長ｘ的agent打來報價，即時深覺不妙，開到＄２４ｘｘ／呢，已經唔係單單做生意截糊，而係鬥氣，仲係用買左第一期以為ｘ月居的業主黎祭旗。如果恆ｘ又陪佢地顛，買了第二期的業主真係無眼睇，因為第二期部份單位的售價比第一期首批還要貴，低層座向好的也在三千元水平之上，而第一期賣第一批時中層還是做二千九元以下。呢鑊野都唔知點收科。
