Dear Homemates,

It is my pleasure we may enjoy the views in advance. However I shall revisit soon and try to make as much photos as possible to satisfy every homemates.

In reply to the questions, I would like to feedback as follow:-
1. I am holding Green Card but not directly working at HMV, anyway please don't try to admit the site when you may not be insured. Actually construction site is full of dangerous!

2. I had visited 477' flats, but I found it is difficult to make the vision into a photo coz of limited space. However I shall review and upload some if it is available. But for those purchased 477' please don't be flustrated, the flat is OK and I propose the TV socket located at front wall of washroom may be a good idea to isolate the dinning and living rooms.

3. Flats 1A/H, 2A/H, 3A/H, 4D/E have common good view at their bedrooms when they are all facing the fantastic Nam Cheong Park, greenish view of trees and playground, absolutely opened and free. Simultaneously, Flats 1G, 2G, 3G & 4F also make the same benefit at their living rooms.

4. When you may joy the view of the podium waterworks (the pond-link structure on the podium) & greenworks (the structure with inverted beams, for plantation), congulation to Flats 1C, 2C/F, 3C/F, 4B/G & 6B/F/G should be the superior when all their views are focused right there. Flats 1B, 2B/D/E, 3B/D/E, 4A/C/H & 6A/H may also share the similar views at their bedrooms.

5. I agree 6F's views are excellent, eventhough those at living room are closed to the Gov't Accommondation and main bedroom is facing Blocks 3 & 4, but excellent sea view with the green Stonecutter's Island may counterbalance such flats from midlevel onwards. Moreover, the problem of sunset glare is not that serious as of 1C/D/E/F.

6. 1C/D/E/F homemates must install curtains to tackle the sunset glare, but not serious as Island HarbourView.

7. View of 2F is similar as 3F, limited garden views.

8. 1B, 2B & 3B may also sharing limited views of Nam Cheong Park.

9. 6C/D/E may face the old buildings and Gov't Accommondation when they are located at low/mid levels; seaview towards Island HarbourView/Sheung Wan at high levels.

10. 4H may also get garden views but different from that of 3F...different on the layout, but I think both are pretty.

11. 2E & 6B both have garden views, while 2E facing the swimming pools and Gov't Accommondation while 6B facing waterworks and Block 5.

12. 3A cannot see the swimming pool, but limited waterworks at central part of the podium.

Overall, I myself is quite satisfy on the "feeling" at MHV. We have several gardens/parks surrounding us, don't miss the Lok Kwan Street Chinese Garden, extremely joyful and nice. Every homemates may enjoy a newtown-like environment at Kowloon.
