再次做訪港灣後, 心情總是興奮而愉悅的.

慶幸自己選擇了一個不錯的樓盤...回想當日陪伴友人看港灣的示範單位, 一下子就被平台單位吸引, 本就偏好低層的我兩口子, 就一下子買下兩個相連的平台單位, 友人亦買了個海景單位, 兩個買賣都花了十多個小時...我的手續更是在清晨五時許才完成, 可真難忘.

每次到港灣附近, 總是再求個明白...今次再訪港灣後, 真的感覺不錯, 雖然間隔比較細, 但這也是近年來發展商在實用面積的不斷"突破", 比目皆是.

好環境不在硬觀, 我曾負責興建解放軍在昂船洲的海軍基地, 它被日落染紅的海景簡直一絕, 但日復一日看多了都膩得不肖一看. 港灣好的就是它能給我自然的舒適和熟絡感覺...可能是它比較開揚, 可能是很多綠色, 可能是出奇的涼快(正直日落, 本已大汗臨頭, 奇怪地當站在2/3座中間竟是清風送爽), 可能也是偏袒吧...

希望港灣快些完成, 大家可樂在這個安樂窩. 事實上恆基不用減價速消...選幾個具代表性的單位做現樓示範, 相信坊間好些攻擊都會不攻自破, 自有有心人.
