老納今日有幸出席一年一度的城門谷論戰,
早前已知會高手雲集,
今日一見水準果然很高,
結果老納慘敗收場,
發現天外有天,人外有人,
自問技不如人,
為有努力苦練,他日倦土重來.

另外今日有幸一賞小龍女為老納所制的糕點,
果然此糕只應天上有,
人間那得幾回賞,
吃後令老納煥然一新,
練功有如神助,
當他日修練自由大法,
此糕必能幫老納一把.

晚上娘親有點兒不適,
老納立即使出剛剛所學的點穴大法,
後來娘親終於好點兒了,
老納果然活學活用.

(失敗是成功必經之路)
