ballboy in london
ballboy are playing at the barfly at the camden monarch on friday 26th july doors are at 7:30, i think, and ballboy will be on stage at 10pm.
slrecords.net shop
you can now buy sl releases from the slrecords.net site by credit card. this has only just been set up so if there are any problems let me know.
sl at planet pop
the annual planet pop festival takes place in edinburgh again this august. full details can be found at www.planetpop.co.uk.
sl records are doing a night on the 22nd of august at the belle angelle in edinburgh. ballboy, the starlets, desc amd barrichello are all playing. degrassi are doing a show on the 29th august at the liquid rooms. the gig will be an over 14s gig. support comes from part chimp, macrocosmica and

27/9 troubadour, los angeles, ca.
28/9 the great american music hall, san francisco, ca.
1/10 the crocodile club, seattle, wa.
5/10 metro, chicago, il.
9/10 knitting factory, new york, ny.
more dates across the states still to be confirmed. they'll be posted on the ballboy website (www.listen.to/ballboy) and on slrecords.net as and when they're confirmed.
ballboy free live show on the 4th august ballboy are playing a free show on 4th august at teviot row student union at 11:30pm. free tickets are available from the bbc info line, 08700 100 900 lines are open 7am until midnight.
new recordings
ballboy have finished recording their new album, provisionally titled "a guide for the daylight hours" and will be out on sl soon. barrichello, the starlets and desc are all working on their new records. degrassi are planning more gigs for the end of the year and have also started work on their next ep, the follow up to their debut "terminal ocean"
we saw swedish band free loan investment in leeds at the weekend, very good indeed, i'd recomend their puppy love/ronan keating single for a bit of lo-fi indie pop. out now, i think, on where it's at is where you are records. more info from freeloaninvestments@hotmail.com

There's a limited number of ticket, 250 I think. The tickets are to be collected from the venue at
least 40min before the show. On the day any spare tickets will be available from the venue from 9am.
