Todd Sloan is a psuedo name for some guy who goes to El Camino College, Torrance, Ca. I did a name check at the Admissions office and no name like that came up so this guy's using a fake name. i suspect that Todd sloan is the fat, sluggish goatee lunkhead who spends most of his time picking his nose, scratching his peanut sized nuts and moving his head back and forth- like a spastic retard to generic video game heavy metal.
