It's all about open participation. What's so goddamned exploiting about that. If there was no Wednesday night music jam hoe down the residents wouldn't have much to do. Alot of them come and enjoy it because it's not academic or anal retentitive with moral guardians over looking everything to make certain that nothing fun happens. With so few people volunteering nowadays due to lawsuits, lack of concern, and the hassles that volunteers now have to go through it's a wonder that this is still going on. The volunteers receive little thanks or recognition for what they do but yet they show up every week. Volunteers make fun of the residents and the residents make fun of the volunteers and we all get along fine without any schisms or pecking orders.
