So, I went down to the L.A. river near Frogtown by the Snake gate. It's day time and I see a middle size Mexican family BBQ�ng bike tires and cans of beer; maybe a dead something found in the river---because it's been raining so things wash up. I see something floating; bobbing up and down; disappearing, coming up again. Fucking Christ!!! It's a severed human head! I kid you not. That's what it is. Is it male? Is it Female? I really can't tell. I'm stunned so I just stand there in disbelief. This is sick...but it's kind of startling and pretty too. I walk underneath the highway overpass nearby. I get stoned with some Mexican baggy pants kids and cry. They don't understand. They leave me some weed. I cry some more. Sometimes the world is so perfectly beautiful and serene. Everything is in slow motion and then the Sun goes down.
