I really like Jesse and was so glad when he was coming back. Of course it had been years since he was on as a regular and I was a kid then...but I thought he was a good actor. I am bored with the way this kid is being dragged slowly onto the canvas and hate the way Luke treats Lucky at his expense.   - I don't trust these writers to do more than endorse their paychecks. They don't honor the history of the show or the characters so I'm afraid the Cassadines will be cartoon-y at best. When Holly was introduced she had a large family of grifters and con-men. It would be nice to see Helena on a regular basis and maybe Steffan could come back now that the actor has been let go from Days of Our Lives. But the writing is the most important thing.   - I've been reading a lot lately. The latest book that was really interesting was about the Titanic. We went to see the Titanic exhibit a couple of weeks ago, so I wanted to read more about it. I tear out the pages from People Magazine that have interesting book reviews, but somehow I usually lose them before I make it to the library. We just love the library here. Is this ppd s/l really how some women are? I mean, I had heard some of the other things, but pretending to be someone else (and couldn't she have come up with a sexier sounding name than Nancy Green? LOL) but it all feels off. And, I love the actress that plays Robin, but when the guy behind the bar said "hello, sexy" to her, I choked on my ice cream sandwich. And they've totally ruined Robin's character for me. I pretty much ffwd through any scene she's in now. All she wants to say is that the baby is her idea and Patrick didn't want to be a father before. And runs around town trying to get sympathy votes for her point of view. It's just plain annoying and boring to me...although I suppose it is a cost cutting measure...LOL...they just need to retape her repeating her same exact lines day after day about Patrick, and just have a quick costume change before she says her lines.
