Over the last few years, Akron Sprinfield and Painesville Riverside were good programs. They have each made the playoffs in recent years; you have to create your schedule several years in advance, scheduling those two teams was a smart move as they were both beatable teams that could bring major computer points. Also, Akron Ellet is not a bad program, they were 6-4 last year and a reason why C. Falls made it to the playoffs.

In 2000, Hudson probably had the most talent it's going to have, with 2001's 8-2 team and Diebold, Armul, Allerman, and Enright. They blew that though, if that team had gone 8-2 they would have easily made the playoffs. The non-conference teams they faced all had at least .500 records (including 2 playoff teams in Riverside and Glen Oak) and Stow and C. Falls were also over .500, all winnable games which that class blew.

Sogan did schedule decently. No one could have predicted that Twinsburg, Riverside, Springfield, and Nordonia would all take such an awful turn, or that the WRC South would suck it up with only two winning teams in Hudson and Falls. Narducci is at fault for constantly blowing his talent. The Hudson teams for the next few years will be talented but Hudson always seems to blow their opportunities.
