First of all, you must learn some basics of Finnish before you can join.
And for the second, you must sing a song in our Christmas Choir (unofficially known as "Thrall Choir")

Oh, and you must polish every tanks' caterpillar tracks for a month.


(In other words, a good(?) sense of humour is required ;-) )
