Twilla lived in a large dwelling of owls, not far from Salamandastron. One day, they were attacked by many wildcats. Luckily, her parents survived. They decided to take her to Redwall abbey where she could be safe. When they arrived at the Red Sandstone Abbey, her parents were so exausted from the trip. After bringing Twilla safely to Redwall, her parents age caught up with them, and they passed away. But, Twilla was too young to remember them, so she does not grieve for them. Although sometimes she wonders.......
