As you know from my earlier installment, we have visited Salamandastron countless times. When we were old enough to walk and talk, the Badger Ruler made us weapons. Sapph's choice is a sword and sling, and Aster uses twin dirks and a longbow made from a yew sapling. He and some of the Salamandastron hares gave us lessons in sword fighting, and we are currently seasoned fighters of the Sea Patrol. You could say our life is an uneventful one, seeing as that we are not orphans, but parents or no parents, our warcry remains the same. FLEETPAWS FOREVER!
I am the one with amber eyes. They turn a dark violet in certain lights and moods, and Sapphire's eyes sometimes change from blue to green. Our eyes are the only way you could ever tell us apart.
