I was born a slave on Riftgard Isle. When the Royal Family found I was to week to carry on working, they threw me off Riftgatd. I washed up on the shores close by Lutra's Holt. Nearby there was another holt called Battlehoud Holt. I was found by Battledance Stormdance, a female skipper. She adoppted me as her daughter, and I lived there for a while under the name of Cattail. After a while, I found an urge to go wandering, so I went south to find Redwall Abbey. When I found it, everybeast said that I looked much like the brave otter, Shogg. While inquiering further, I found that he too was a slave on Riftgard. It was time for another lone ramble. I roved to Riftgard and there found that I was, inndeed, Shogg's sister. His twin sister. I went back to Redwall and changed my name to Shogga, twin sister of Shogg. I still go back to Battlehound Holt and consider myself Battledance's daughter, but I am Shogg's sister, Shogga Stormdance.

Note: The Holt was called Battlehound Holt because Battledance's father was called Battlehound and she wanted to keep his name alive.
