My mother gave birth to me, and my little sister Rosethorn, at Redwall Abbey. I don't know where my father is because he went questin' when Rosethorn was just a tiny, tiny, babe. She doesn't remember him at all. My mother misses him a whole lot, and so do I, but such is life. I've never told anyone that Martin the Warrior has visited me in my sleep, he told me to over come my fear of weapons, for I would hold his sword! So now I am training with the sling, the sword, the dagger, and the spear, EVERYDAY! It is hard work, but I am getting better at it all the time...
