Sowy, i fewgot to put dis in (i wiw put it in gwown up tawk): A long time ago, before we lived at the Northfork Stream, we lived on an island. There were lots and lots of hares there. Me and my twin sister were born there. When we grew up, my ma told me and my sister Evalin that we were very important to the island. She put us in very fancy clothes and jewels. But my favorite was a necklace in the shape of a flower with my name on it. My sister had one too. But one night, searats invaded our island, lead on by a stoat. I can't recall his name. It was at night and they were really quiet, so nobeast saw nor heard them. I was awoken by the sound of pawprints. The stoat was in my sister's and my room! Evalin woke up and looked at me. "Hey sister, why do you look so scared?" she said. At that moment, a bow with an arrow notched into it appeared by her head. The paw holding the arrow let go.Those were the last words my twin ever said. My family and I were made slaves on the stoats ship. I still have a scar on my back from the whip. But, the ship crashed and we've been traveling ever since. Then we came to the Northfork Stream. We found a cave and lived there, but we didn't like it there, so dat's how i cameded hewe!(I still have my necklace, the flower one and my sister's. I keep it in a compartment in my spoon.)
