Reed Streamline is a short but strong otter with a stout rudder he wears a deep red sash, breeches, and a tricorn hat and a wide red, black,tan and green woven belt. he carrys a claymor slung across his back and when he smiles it revels shapened teeth dyed a snow white. he has a beard and twitches and winks alot. he has been called paranoid, insane, and just plain crazy.He grew up in the southern seas, he never knew his parents because of a strange mishap where a sea rat took him by mistake and his parents got the dibbun rat. Such odd things happen in the southern seas eh mate..Reed jokes around about being the son of a rat and a otter with a shrew has his grandfather, for he acts like a shrew at times, other times he is like an otter, while even other times he acts like a sea rat.
