Mare is a falcon. He came from deep in the forsets of mossflower.His father and mother were killed by searats. He has his fathers sword but he is to little to use it. He went to Redwall abbey and found dab. He wanders in the attics and prys open floorboards and shoots rotten tomatoes at people. If he isn't there than he would probably in the kitchens stealing candied chestnuts!
