Smart move my friend. Most gyms are a total waste. I thought about getting a part time job as a trainer. That way I would have full access to a gym for free.....but I have no time on my hands really.
I have been soo bizzy, I haven't worked out all summer. My 6-pack went to 6-buns. I have been trying to shrink down..I am too old to be hitting weights hard. I am down to about 18" arms. I will be concentrating more on getting tighter and my goal is too get the 3rd tricep muscle to show. I already have a good horseshoe.
Smart financial move Cell ! Get a bag as well. Good cardio if your not into the other equipment.
I also just bought some junk to rig up some over head weights from the ceiling. I need to work my shoulders more.

I am always up for fitness talk....need a routine..yell!

On the other topic. I don't think it is as bad as it appears Cell. Once everyone calms down (including me) or stops to take a breath...we will still see why we wanted to join this clan and why we are still here after all these years. I think alot of ppl are just stressed right now (I am no exception) and it just got the better of me.
