Subject: In need of some Finnish assistance.

Sup yall?
Background: Once a month I make a dinner totally from another country. It is a family thing.

Help with: In May it just so happens to be Finland!
NS, you may very well be the person I need to get info from.
I can always look on the net for recipes....that is easy.

Questions:
What do you ppl usually eat in Finland or Lapland?
If you say "same as everyone else" I will smack you.
Every country has something.
Like the Brits has Tea and crumpets. :-P
Sweden has those damn meatballs.
Ireland has beer and potatoes. :-/
If you can help, that would be great..and throw in the Finnish words for the dish would be even better.
Thanks for ye help peeps.

P.S. If you say some weird food like speckle-throated, burrowing, 5-toed yak..I will also beat you.
