I am no doctor but that is a pretty nice BP. I would say for your age and that you work out..it is fine BP. I wouldn't worry about it. The worst my BP got was a few years ago....I did try some cutting pills, Heat, I think it was called. Drove my BP to 120/107. Dropped the pills and after a few months it started to go back to normal. I am pretty much text book 120/75 now.
I was also a soccer player, amoung other sports. Thick thighs run in my family as well.
I wish I still had that metabolism...I can't even look at ice cream anymore without gaining a few pounds.
80% of fitness is your diet...IMO. Everything else is easy.

DB's not only give you that better stretch...but it really works the stabilizer muscles and gives you that nice toned up look. It is easy to get cannon ball shoulders..but to make them look good and get every day normal use out of them is another thing. Go rock climbing or canoeing with a tough guy from the gym and listen to him cry about the burn in his shoulders. :-)
Staying active is the most important thing.
If your just looking for size and strenth, I have a great plan for you when it is time for you to switch your lift.
