As for redbull? Never had it and never have been into energy drinks as well. I make my own.

Recipe:
Take a blender.
add:
8 oz milk
4 oz O.J. (the real stuff)
1 bananna
1/3 cup of strawberries (frozen or fresh, no additives)
1 tablespoon of peanut better (good stuff like smuckers not that other PB trash!)
I add 1 tablespoon of honey (natural only)..helps with my allergies.
I also add a package or tablesppon of knox geletin.
blend well..makes a fine fast breakfast.
