Subject: Thx 4 the films Dio

You got my e-mail for the first mail you sent me right? :)

I should be able to make this weekend, next weekend I'm not sure yet since I'm goin paintballin thats right, myth IRL!! W00t! So that next week I'll either not be able to play or have to play on my laptop which will handicap me somewhat :)

First my maps, DoW and Mij. I have some ideas for Mij but these arent complete as of yet and am still conjuring one up for DoW, tryin to tailor a strat for TC ya know :)

K then, Caer:

It sounds good, a few adjustments I'd like to make:

1. Instead of sending all the brigs on one side and all the stygs on the other can we half and half em on each side?

2. I know it was jus a demo but I'd like it if we could send 2 spids, a heron, 3stygs and 3 brigs to mid with the two base fetch. If they run into an overwhelming mid then they can retreat and lure the nme mid to our base. I feel a mid composed of those units said would make it more likely that they think we're doing a 3 way split as opposed to a pinch.

3. I think the spids once they've gone to those 2 flags, instead of going to the flags on the other side should regroup first in mid on the nme's side. A spid scout should be sent to the 3 flags on the nme's side at this point. If any flag has little defence then the spids should attack it. If we find they have a lot of D, I would like then for the spids to join in on the pinch. The more units we have for the pinch the more likely we'll win it with a great % and hence be able to tag those nme flags easily neways.

4. I would also like a heron with the fetch on the other side :) So from this point and point 2 that would mean 1 heron on each flank and at mid.

Lichen -

I remember this map from the previous MWC :)

1. I would like to take Alric and a duffy, any other units is up to you :)

2. I would prefer it if all puss ghols went forward. This is because I found generally that once nme duffs are dead the nme tend to retreat and at the same time once our duffs are dead we would tend to retreat more, in lichen that is. Hence puss is crucial in this map.

3. I like the pyramid flank but only to advance if no S flank. Also I would like one of the 2 base ghols to go S and scout/puss and one N to scout/puss. So 1 ghol on each flank and 2 in mid

4. Ghols to puss in the order: Duff>Archer>Melee>Ghol I think this would make the melee fight easier. As for the nme ghols with puss, we best make sure we all remember how to disperse and bodyguard for duffs :)

5. I think as you sorta showed that mid should split into two groups, one to cover mid and N, the other to cover mid and S. I worry about a pinch.

Those are the main points I came up with after watching the films, let me know your views on these points :)
