Subject: Scheduling?

Am I reading this right or am I just confused. Everyone on PM.net are saying the fallback is on a sat. at 5:00pm central time. Right?
AGE, the team tanks are playing won't return my emails.
I went and looked at the scheduling on the MWC rules.
Little confused...not like that is hard to do. Here is the rules on fallback.

When to play? (scheduling)

The fallback time for this tournament is 5pm central standard time on Saturday. For the double elimination rounds the fallbacks are 7pm cst Friday for the first match and 5pm cst Saturday for the second match. The match must start 20 minutes after the set time. If the other team doesn’t have 3 players online by then, the team that had 3 or more players online MUST call the forfeit. IF A TEAM PLAYS WITH LESS THAN 3 PLAYERS THEN THE MATCH WILL NOT BE SCORED.If the other team doesn’t have ANY players online by 5pm central standard time, the team that had showed up MUST call the forfeit then as well. There can be 10 minute waiting period between each game. If the other team is ready to go and the other is stalling, the team that was ready to go can call that game as a forfeit (but only that one game). But of course if both teams agree to wait longer there is no problem, this is usually the case. Rescheduling is strongly recommended, you don’t have to play the match at fallback time. In the best case scenario both teams have agreed to play on a time that’s suitable for both teams.

Fallback abusing is not nice, but not punishable either. The only way the tournament organizers will interfere is if both teams had agreed to play on some set time (other than fallback) but the other team fails to show up and demands to play at fallback after they already scheduled another time to play at. This will lead to some sort of a punishment to the team who did this.

Thanks
