I have quickly become an M2 player NS. I have learned how to G.C. my melee..allowing me to win 90% of my even melee fights. This doesn't work as well in TFL, that is more of micro fighting. I have really been working on my archering skillz..I think I have come along way. Wights! Well they are my new found love. I learned how to use them well (IMO again) and have won alot more games with my use of them. On M2..ranged units seem to have a nice advantage. Of course as seem in our desert game...get a few good players that know how to play..and we can win with no problem.
The only unit I think is better on TFl is the thrall. Thye are great..but as far as units go..I think m2 has the advantage.
More accurate archers.
Faster healing jmen..they don't walk around.
Melee clumps make a big diff. on M2.
Puss flies soo much better.
Dorfs don't have that nasty bounce really. I have been screwed soo many times from a bouncing bottle. I know that makes it more fun..and it does. But I have been winning alot and it seems like ppl in my games are starting to see that I am a player and not some guy who disappears every year for 8 months. Maybe its respect..not sure.
DC gets respect when he enters a coop game. I am starting to get that with m2.
Play a game on UTB...TFL vs. M2...you will see what I mean.

Plus NS...there have been ALOT of noobs on lately. My son and nephew..and a ton others have been coming out of the wood works. So don't be surprised if someone in your game can't pass units.

Maybe we can 1 on 1 sometime on M2 and I will show you why I get max archers ;-) I guess it biols down to what your good with and if you know how to get out of situations.
Maybe its luck...but TFL I just could never get better at. M2, I am learning new things and improving alot. Of course some days are better than others :)

Also NS..in alot of my games..I turn off the overhead map. My team seems to get into the game more..flanks have to be watched out for and ect. You have to be aware of your surroundings more...thta may have helped me some.
