However, is it REALLY fair for a qualified national who is equally fit for the job to be denied an opportunity just because he is a council for the Minister in his election petition? Remember, Paulus is doing his job just like he does for thousand others through out the country and not a Polye's personal lawyer. I don't think Paulus or any other lawyer would have been guranteed a job for defending someone when he or she is paid to do. Paulus is simplying doing his job for his business and he should not be denied of any other opportunties like this one. That is undisputed BUT appointment of Timbai Paulus Dowa as the Chairman of the Don Polye’s (or under his ministry) newly created Accident Investigation Commission is questionable by he general citizens. That is what you call "YOu scratch my back and I'll scratch your. The court case is currently going on where Dowa is Polye's lawyer and then he is appointed Chairman at the same time is contradictory. The not right. DOwa is a qualified national who is capable of handling any post but.... NOT NOW.... when Dowa is presenting POlye's cases where Polye is the minister responsible. Where is the logic?
