Your feedback is goood and very educational also. Thanks again for the explanations and I will go ahead and look into the areas you mentioned. From my understanding most budgetary documents are supposed to be public documents and need be disclosed for the public audience's knowledge. I would apprecaite if there was someone in the province who took the time and took up responsibility to disclose information, particularly the provincial budgets, to the public domain.
