if the rumour is true, the government should be pressed to investigate it and allow the laws of the State, without prejudice, punish those involved accordingly if found guilty. it is a major issue for all the provinces in which logging is being/had been undertaken and thus, their log rent funds been diverged to Singapore.

a major issue of concern to enga is the porgera gold mine. has such deceiving arragments been made. have the engans been misled. should this be an issue for the engans. though tonnes of million of kinas are poured into the accounts of the provincial and national government by the mine, there is very title development in enga. does this implie that the funds are saved in banks and/or invested in investment portfolios for the future enga generations, which I think is a good alternative.

finally, do the engans deserved to be informed of every toea recieved and expended by the provincial govenment? i think all engans deserved to be informed of every toea from the mine.
