It is obvious that Enga does not need a hotel. I realise it needs alcohol but it seems not to be mature enough to countenance a hospitality venture. This is a pity. We were almost committed to investing K500000 in Wabag or somewhere near the Engan capital. But on investigation it appears that a sense of political and social immaturity pervades. No one will risk such capital without participation by the elite and the intelligent.
