These are valid points that have been generated by you for the good of all/whole Engans. Despite of the suggestions by our collegue Hwaters, I am sure that words are meant for people to take into consideration and make some rationalized decisions. There are times and seasons in life, I hope the typical people wave in the highlands is created by such valid points so lets use these priviledges and send in more suggestions and ideas like this. There are Engans around who are capable at pushing such hidden agendas. Lets contribute ideas by identifying the mere strategies played by some low profile leaders in Enga. For example, just see the Executives for Ipata's Provincial Assembly. I am wondering neither one of those have any form of qualification from a recognised institution.
