It is true that Polye is known for empty promises but with combination of Kiakala will do. Rt.Hon MP Kiakala's initatives to develop his district will be an eye opening scenario for Polye to look down to his district too.
Polye will learn from Kiakala if he don't know how to perform his electrate roles.
Hence, wonder if this relationship will last long or others will intervene to dismantle this vital relationship of two west MPs vying for development.

eagles eyes, let me not repeat the third time labelling you as a 'dog's rectum' instead of eagles eyes.
firstly, Rt. Hon. is not deserved by kikala, he seems to be a government cheque chaser and vulupindi haus chewer. (reflecting his past sectary position which was controversial issue and a shame) In what scenarios does he deserve these titles.
the challenge is philip kikala and his team of advisers should implement these projects now.
eagles eyes/dog's rectum, liklik mangi, go have a hot beer in isolation.
