hey EO, stop being shallow. I wonder how people claim to be ombudsman when its saying the opposite. Of course, its obvious but in a modern Architectural and Building perspective in accordance with International Standards, such a building of this nature is demolished and the contractor meets the costs of a new building. But in PNG, we can let the culprits escape without facing any penalties. This maybe because of a totally non-workable Building Board. The province have invested so much on this pride but its gone because of cheap boomerang games, though.

The outlook seems fancy with modern dimensions, but now its questions why it is deteriorating after less then 2 months? Did the fabric quality of the architectural design suit the geo situation of the metro, actual verses an imitating design? Was the design read and implemented thoroughly without doing some illegal costs savings to make more profit by missing some technical specs of minor regularities of architecture and building? The building supervisors' qualifications have to be questioned? I would like someone to clarify on this. I know, there are some good bunch of experience graduate builders out there from the province who might agree with me on some technical aspects, though I'm not one.

It’s the quality of the materials, and the labour employed that has created this shit as reveal at a very early stage, man!

We can no longer hide in vain. This is a public asset and what is spent on should yield what is expected of. You can't waste months to build a cheap house with huge costs that happens to breakdown in days. How would one feel, eh!? What and where’s the satisfaction and pride?

If maintenance has to be carried out on this newly constructed building and then guaranteed to use, it will be a joke in the modern history of Architecture and Building. And yet its a business risk for the investor/occupants. How are we attracting investment into the province with cheap risky buildings? When are we changing this 'ENGAN' (in melpa language) mentality to bring tangible and sustainable developments and quality services? Why not engan Architectures become creative and design own rather then imitating and copycatting designs and landscapes?

We are still gonna build WHP at every costs because not at one time will the so call Engan pride is not taken into consideration from a positive and more economic perspective.

Peace out

richard
