I know 'ground em life' to may in PNG and Enga but how can we have development if landowners demand compensation for every living thing on their land. How can we have bridges, classrooms, health centers, roads, power poles, telephone transmitters, etc. People must forgo some or at least a piece of their land in exchange for development.
Don't blame AusAid for any misendavours because I totally reject that. Ausaid and JICA are the only 2 donor agencies that put money into real development without demanding any return. Compare that with China, Malaysia and other Asian nations. They are here to plunder our resources in the forestry, fisheries and now nikel.
See beyond what meets the eye. We are previledged to have Australia as a friend. Australia is the greatest and the best friend PNG has, don't take it for granted.
Daddy Bless
