I wish to know how many Engan Mining Engineers are out there currently working in the Minings around the country or overseas. I am sure someone can help me by supplying me a list.
I know a few who graduated around my time (1992-1995).
Nathan Peters - General Foreman Drill & Blast - Ok TEdi.
Ignas Yaok - Petroleum & Energy Dept - PNG Gov.
Ken Ail - Unitech Mining Dept.
myself - Rio Tinto Iron Ore, WA.
Am not sure of any who graduated after my time.
Wondering why you'd be interested in the list?
Best regards,
Yanjol Issacs
Specialist Mining Engineer
Rio Tinto Iron Ore
WA.

Somebody by the name of Jacob Kamen told me he was a mining engineer from Enga a few years back. I think he should be working now somewhere.

Heard Philip Kae from Lagaip has graduated and working with Oktedi mine. Two sauans i know of are, Ken (can't remember his surname) who's been enga provincial mining officer (1999-2001) and Anton Pakeo who's working with PJV at present.

Anton Pakio is not a mining engineer. As far as I can remember, He graduated as a mineral processing engineer.

Bro, just to clearify Jacob Kamen's case.... Yes, he graduate this year April 7th with a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering.
I don't know where he's working but by right he is a Mining Engineer if I am not wrong.\\

Timothy Andambo is working in Porgera as a Underground Mining Engineer, however he also chairs the landowner groups so I don;t know if he still works for PJV

Mr. Andambo, you are now attached with the community affairs side of things for PJV as I've heard ................ Did you quit being a mining engineer or what happened?
