For your information, resources are scarce, equal distribution of services is called for (Laiagam-?, Pilikambi High-Headwaters, Sirunki High-Sirunki, Porgera High-Porgera), protection of government assets is needed (pyrethrum factory is safer with the MP's custodianship), etc. Furthermore the pyrethrum factory is a single project that will serve most or if not ALL of the growers of Lagaip/Porgera. The project already commenced in 2001 and has gone through the phases of landowner evacuation agreements, soil feasibility studies, etc..
The projects have been evenly distributed. The hydro- and police projects will be set up in Headwaters, Laiagam and Mamale.
Waiyotos Top-Up School will merely be extended to serve the people of Laiagam. If you recall that Laiagam High School was burnt down in 1995, the Hon. MP had sought to find a safer and economical location. Where better than the extension of our already established WTUS? With the Hon. PK at the helm, Waiyotos or Aiyak and Walinland is now transforming into a Safe Zone making it possible for students from throughout Laiagam to attend. (See The National-Wednesday October 3rd about a story in which the Hon. PK personally diffused the eminent war between the Wapans and Komas at Laiagam. The Hon. PK has gone to the extent of making himself physically available to stop tribal warfare in Laiagam besides the Te and peace ceremonies is so famous for orchestrating throughout Laiagam. What more of a leader could you ask for?)
Think and believe what you want as the elite you profess to be, but if you are worthy enough, try and replace PK in 2012. Otherwise, you and your candidate will go crying again over spilt milk when "Pildipino" puts is stamp on major hallmark projects. It is those very people whom you labelled as "illiterates" who will return the Hon. PK if they are satisfied and feel the impacts from his performance in the next 5 years. No one cares about you and your fellow elites, though you are entitled to your biased views and opinions! The Hon. PK is not going to be a sitting duck like Kappa Yarka who was also MP for Morata.
Have peace and take out your yardstick to measure my words for the next 5 rather than to attack me blindly without proper consideration of the rationale beforehand.
