For your information, a quick summation of the total open ballot papers counted so far do not balance out with the total regional ballot papers counted.

The regional total exceeds the total for all open electorates by 22568

I wonder if the news article about solders stationed in Enga for security operation in the election depositing large sums of money into their bank accounts has some connection to the extra votes ??? Sus tasol

Confirm whether the regional votes are placed in different ballot boxes. If so, then you expect it to add up until the counting for all electorates are completed.

Kambi, I wonder where you got your information from? The communication system at Wabag was down from Monday (16/07) and Tuesday (17/07).

This could be just speculations tasol so lets wait and see!
