Whether foreigners can invest in Enga?
One doesn't need a MBA to know whether it's possible for anyone (including foreigners) to invest in Enga and other parts of PNG.

Sir, you left question open handed and the responses given were understandable.

What is that novel investment idea that, you don't want to disclose?

In Enga or anywhere in PNG for that matter, "LAND IS LIFE".
We don't need money to live though it comes in handy in a number of ways.

Your original post ask the question "Can anyone buy a part of Enga and if the government is selling shares and what the price is?", to me that was a specific question for wanting to "buy land".

As far as my replies to your original post, they where nothing to do with inventing reasons for holding onto traditional land, they are based on facts that have been well researched by Aidwatch, a non profit activist organization that monitors and campaigns on behalf of various overseas countries.

cheers
