Vote for honest and transparent leaders for Enga

I am prompted to reply to the View Point section to a letter penned by Tiagan Wane.
His analysis of the current and past regional members of Enga Province was misleading and trying to promote self interests. The person criticised Enga Governor Peter Ipatas, Paul Paken Torato (formal regional MP) and other former MPs and the same person supported Mathew Marep in another article.
Is this person trying to campaign for Mr Parep through the media? I would rather you go home and do that. Papua New Guinea badly needs quality, transparent, honest and experienced leaders to get the country through this very critical state. We have some quality leaders contesting for various seats in Enga including Rimbink Pato, Don Polye, Paul Paken Torato, Peter Yaki, David Lambu, and Philip Kikala. Better buy their qualities with your votes and get quality government services rather than letting them buy you and left helpless for five years.
Embarking on the person’s remarks, Governor Peter Ipatas is now quite experienced in politics but he wasn’t being transparent in delivery of government services and infrastructural developments over the past 10 years in the province.
His roles as the governor of the province in delivery of services was very poor. He manipulated the news media on the few things done over the 10 years. Paul Paken Torato was the Regional member for Enga about 20 years ago in the late 1970s and 1980s.
I was a kid at the time and I would not know if this writer was around.
Papua New Guinea needs transparent, honest and experienced leaders. It’s time to wake up from our sleep over the last 30 years and vote for good leaders. Your vote is your future and my future.
Think, analyse and vote for PNG and your future.
A K50 note won’t keep you for five years or more.
